1. Strong  Experience in Core  JAVA  Software Development
2. Experience with server side Technology – JAVA / JSP / Servlet
3. Experience  with Web Client Technologies Like  - JavaScript, XML programming etc..soft wares.
4. Candidates Must have good written and verbal communication skills
