Act as the lead operations compliance contact for the development and implementation of significant regulatory initiatives. Examples would include the upcoming Customer Due Diligence rule, the potential rule requiring AML programs, and/or the integration of new lines of businesses due to new product lines.
Support the current AML Officer for US businesses in the development and oversight of a US-business wide risk assessment and risk monitoring process.
Oversee and analyze the effectiveness of current AML and OFAC operations and work with the current Director of Compliance for Amazon Payment businesses.
Stay abreast of current regulatory developments in the KYC, AML and OFAC fields, analyze for applicability to Amazon Payments Businesses, and develop & implement communications plans for necessary changes.
Overseeing and conducting special projects and other duties as assigned by the AML Officer for Amazon Payment Businesses.
