Eligibility Criteria : Candidates who would like to get a dream job in SBI department as PO must have qualified in the Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by the Central Government. Candidate must have qualified in Integrated Dual Degree (IDD). certificates should ensure that the date of passing the IDD is on or before the eligibility date.
Age Limitation : Candidates age must be 21-30 years (as on 01/09/2014)
Selection Procedure:
Phase-I: Probationary Officers Post(POs) Examination consisting objective test for 200 marks and descriptive test for 50 marks.
The Objective Test will be held on online, after the online Objective Test, Descriptive Test will be started. The Questions relating to Descriptive Test will be available on candidates computer (Online) screen and candidates will have to write the answers on the answer sheet (Offline) provided to them on Paper/ Pen mode.
Objective Test Type: The Objective Test 2 hours Duration, 4 Sections, 50 marks each a section (Total 200 marks) as follows:
Test of English Language (Grammer, Vocabulary, Comprehension etc.)
Test of General Awareness, Marketing & Computers
Test of Data Analysis & Interpretation
Test of Reasoning (High Level)
Descriptive Test Type : The Descriptive Test have 1 hour Duration (50 marks) will be of “Test of English Language (comprehension, short precis, letter writing & essay)”.
The candidates are required to qualify in the Descriptive Test by securing passing marks, to be decided by the SBI Bank.
Phase-II : Group Discussion (20 marks) & Personal Interview (30 marks):
The aggregate marks of candidates qualifying in both the Objective Tests and Descriptive Test will be arranged in descending order in each category. Sate Bank of India Officers will be called for Group Discussion and Interview, the qualifying marks in Group Discussion & Personal Interview will be as decided by the Sate Bank of India officers.
Application Fee & Intimation Charges :
Rs. 100/- for SC/ ST
Rs. 500/- for all others.
