Eligibilitry Criteria: Candidates must have possessed the Master of Business Administartion(MBA)/ PGDM Post Graduation Degree.

HR Professionals:
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have possessed the PG Diploma/ HRM / Personal Manangement/  Industrial Relations/ Labourer Welfare/ Socail Work.Candidates must have the qualifued in the 2014 UGC NET.UGC NET will be conducted in the month of December 2014.

Selection Process: Selection will be made on the basis of Personal Interview and UGC-NET Decemeber 2014 Score.
