Andhra Pradesh School Education Department has issued the recruitment notification for the recruitment of 9061 School Assistants, Language Pandits (LP), Physical Education Teachers (PET) and Secondary Grade Teacher (SGT) posts in Government, Zilla Parishad, Mandal Parishad Schools through Teacher Eligibility Test(TET) cum Teacher Recruitment Test (TRT). Eligibility Criteria:

School Assistants: Candidates should have possessed the Bachelor’s Degree / Bachelor Graduation in relevant field and a B.Ed degree in relevant field, B.Com in relevant field or Post Graduation Degree in relevant field.

Age Limitation: Candidates age limit should be 18 – 40 years as on 01-07-2014. Age relaxation will be applicable as per Andhra Pradesh government rules.

Secondary Grade Teacher(SGT): Candidates must have possessed the Intermediate Certificate given by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh or any other equivalent education  by any recognized Board of Intermediate Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh and two year D.Ed. Certificate issued by the Director of Government Examinations, Andhra Pradesh or its equivalent certificate recognized by NCTE.

Language Pandits: Candidates must have  possessed Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Degree in relevant field.

Physical Education Teacher: Candidates must have passed the Intermediate Certificate given by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh or equivalent education recognized by Board of Intermediate Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh.Candidates must have an under graduate diploma in Physical Education (U.G.D.P.Ed.) recognized by NCTE. 

Selection Process: Selection will be based on the  Written Examination/ Test.

Application Fee Details: Candidates can pay Rs.250/- through APONLINE, e-seva centers and through Payment Gateway between 02nd December 2014 to 16th January 2015.

How to Apply: Candidates go to online through the website http://www.dseap.gov.in/ from 04-12-2014 to 17-01-2015 and send their printout application forms  of applications along with attested copies of all relevant documents on or before 31st January 2015.

Important Dates: 

Online Applications Starting Date: 04-12-2014.

Last Date to Apply Online: 17-01-2015. 

Payment of Fee Starting Date: 02-12-2014 to 16-01-2015. 

Last Date for Receipt of Applications: 31-01-2015

Teacher Eligibility Test cum Teacher Recruitment Test:

For Secondary Grade Teacher: 09-05-2015.

For Language Pandit & Physical Education Teacher: 10-05-2015.

For School Assistant: 11-05-2015.
